Is it possible to disable field validation in Data Element and Indicator attributes? We are just having a problem that we cant manually edit some dataelements because of the validation kicks-in even on fields what we dont have values at hand. See screenshot below:

I have reduced the min length to 1 character now in trunk / 2.16.
