Transferring data between two DHIS2 instances, such as between Tracker and a national aggregate instance for reporting? Check out the DHIS2Xfer tool, developed by Project Balance. It was developed to meet a specific need but can easily be adapted to meet your needs. Right now you can map org units between pairs of servers, map data elements, indicators and program indicators to data elements on the receiving side and set up job automation.
