I have upgraded the DHIS2 instance from version 2.36.13 to version 2.40.3. I am the superuser, but I don’t know why the system is no longer allow me to edit or create anything in DHIS2, such as data elements, indicators, and categories. What might be the issue? When I was using version 2.36.13, everything was okay

Please check using your browser’s Guest mode (Browse Chrome as a guest - Computer - Google Chrome Help), and please check the Network requests and the Console (F12 → Network, Console) if there are any errors, please share a screenshot.
Additionally, if might help if you share the Catalina.out log (without sensitive / authentication information).

The console, doesn’t say much! Try the Network, but also that might not really give us a hint so eventually we’ll need the Catalina.out log (without the sensitive info).
