Hi Everyone,
In order to improve the overall quality of the translations of DHIS2,
a number of incomplete and outdated languages have been removed from
the recent code, namely
1) Russian
2) Tajik
3) Chinese
4) Spanish
5) Hindi
6)Gujarti
7)Myanmar
and maybe a few others which I missed.
The overall quality of these translations were quite low and they were
not complete. If and when someone would like to either work on these
languages, or complete the translations, we should be able to bring
them back to a certain extent.

The latest version of the code has been incorporated into the
translation server available here

Both of these tools are described in the latest version of the
implementation guide.
