Dhis2 tracker-capture key not found in dataStore

I have dhis2 hosted on azure on Virtual machine, it was running well until when the subscription was terminated, after a few days the payment was done and all systems started well but the tracker cannot add events, you can just enroll a client, it is shoowing the error in the picture

I would suggest to:

  1. try to use the Capture app instead of Tracker-Capture app
  2. verify if there is no any mandatory data element or variable hidden by program rules.

Looks like you’re using the Tracker Capture app which is no longer maintained nor supported. What is the version of the DHIS2 instnace that you are using? You might want to upgrade and use Capture app instead as @ezbarretos suggested. Please see Implementation - Implémentation > App Transition and Version Upgrades
