DHIS2 patch release 2.31.9 is now available

Dear all,

DHIS2 version 2.31.9 (patch release) is out with bug fixes and enhancements.

This is the latest stable release for version 2.31, and supersedes releases 2.31.0 to 2.31.8.

Please note that this is the last official maintenance patch for DHIS2 version 2.31.

Thanks @phil and team for the timely update. I’m personally extremely excited about being able to import programs inclusive of options, and so far we are seeing a great increase in efficiency in our analytics querying abilities.

We are running two bugs, however; when decimals=0 for our PIs or Indicators, visualizations give an error; we are also seeing that the pagination seems broken in 2.31.9. Both of these issues are already logged on Jira.

I know 2.31. is reaching the end of its rope; I did see 2.31.10 referenced however in Jira. Just confirming if these issues will be fixed within version 2.31? Thanks!
