Hi,
I’ve just installed dhis2.25 on my computer and everything seems ok. However, when I create a Tracker Program with the following steps:

  • create organisation units : MADAGASCAR as root and ANALAMANGA
  • create data element
  • create tracked entity
  • create the program Tracker
  • create one stade for the Program
  • assign the program to ANALAMANGA
    After, I run The Tracker Capture and nothing happens and I don’t know why so can someone help me? Is it configuration or installation problem?

Hi @Lanja,
Welcome to the DHIS2 Community!

Kindly refer to the DHIS2Implementers Guide and User Manuals for configuration instructions and guidance on DHIS2. I would also recommend you install a higher version of DHIS2 because 2,25 isn’t being supported at the moment. Check out the Supported Versions

Thanks for your answer. The Challenge is really upgrading dhis from 2.25 into 2.30 so have to do it step by step. In Event Capture, dhis2 says “lacking authority for create or update event” and in stderr of tomcat log there is for both the following error message
