DHIS2 local installation windows 10 - Apache setup file behaves like a .bat file

I have followed the DHIS2 windows installation guide (http://dhis-2.blogspot.com/), however at step 6, where we right click the tomcat.exe, I expect catalina log but in this case it pops up for like a second and disappears. Please help
