Hi team,
Dr.HansB-RM from Tanzania and me have the same problem with DHIS2 Live (the latest version). The first time we run it, it works just fine but when we stop it and start again, we got the "503 SERVICE_UNAVAILABLE". I try to change the port of jetty but it still doesn't work.
Note that both of us are using Windows (Dr.HansB is using Windows XP and I'm using Windows 7 64bits). Attached is the dhis.log file
If anyone has experience about this, please share with us.
