Dear all,
We are facing now is about indicators, all the data entered manually appear to be zero values on pivot tables when using indicators, we don´t know what is happening as data elements produce real values. The only data visible using indicators is the imported one from the old system we were using before.in summary, our system is not calculating any indicator using data entered by users, it displays only zero for those periods.
Can someone help us in solving this?

Have you tried running the analytics to see if this will solve your problem?

We have set Analytics and DataMarts to run automatically and we had also run manually, but indicators still zero values. I would like to know if there is any rule on indicators definitions like for instance, some characters are not allowed or some other rules that have not been applied just to avoid this issue.

we will need more information from you in order to help. Are you allowed to share your database privately?
In pivot table, can you create a report with the data elements that make up your indicator expressions? That could tell you whether the problem is with the indicators or something else.

Hi Lars,
I am able to create dataelements that make up my indicator expressions. I will ask for access with my host provider in order to back up my database and share it.
The attached jpeg file is an example showing indicator and the corresponding dataElement that made it up, in period where data where entered by users indicator display zero values.
