We’re pleased to share that the new DHIS2 for Community Health page is now live on the DHIS2 website!
This page shows how DHIS2 supports community health workers in their daily work while bringing the data they generate into the same national systems used for facility reporting—so community-based care is visible from the village to the national policy level.
You’ll find:
- Use cases and country examples from Zambia, Rwanda, Indonesia and others
- An overview of the DHIS2 Community Health Toolkit, developed with Unicef and the World Health Organization, with support from the Global Fund, including a metadata package with 21 modules and 37 datasets
- A look at features that support community health programs, from offline data capture with the DHIS2 Android app and SMS reporting to catchment area dashboards and DHIS2 Tracker follow-up lists
