As part of the DHIS2 Feature Check-In initiative, we are continuing our monthly review of platform functionalities.

This month, we are focusing on Messaging.

The DHIS2 Messaging feature enables communication between users directly within the platform. And we want to better understand how it is used in practice, its relevance in current implementations, and any challenges or gaps. Your input will help us assess whether the feature continues to meet implementation needs.

It is time to close the feature Check-In, many thanks for great contributions!

All participants have been granted the contribution badged.

We have learned that almost 65% of pariticapnts use the messaging app, and you have shared good use cases such as: Coordination and Communication, Alerts and Notifications, Support and Feedback, and also for Custom Integrations.
