# dhis2 data entry module error in 2.12 build revision	11285

Dear All

From Data Entry module, After selecting facility from left orgunite tree, i wait long time still it is not loaded the organization name in Organization unite box. Here i add the screen short.

Dear All

From Data Entry module, After selecting facility from left orgunite tree, i wait long time still it is not loaded the organization name in Organization unite box. Here i add the screen short. (Problem arises in Mozila Firefox but in Google Chrome it is working fine)

Dear Fatema,

can you please let us know exactly which version and build number you are on? Have a look under Help → About.

If you are on trunk we are making some changes to data entry and we had a bug for a few days.
