Hi everyone.
In case it exists, could someone please provide me with a reference or standard configuration file (dhis.conf) for DHIS2 41.3.0 ?

The dhis.conf is explained here (dhis.conf - DHIS2 Documentation). This docs contains the default settings but some of the specific settings will need to be adjusted from instance to another.
