Dear All,
I upgraded our dhis2 version to 2.16 and create a program as a multiple event with Registration.
Now from individual Tracking-> add/update instance-> Enter attributes data → Press add. It hanged and log shows error.
Here i attached the log. I tried but somehow in some point i am missing something.
Could you please help me.

It seems you forgot to send us the attachment. Would be nice to have to have that for us to respond.
Which tracker are using - Individual records module or tracker capture?

Hi Fatema,
from which version did you upgrade from? The upgrade to 2.15 is a bit complicated.
