DHIS2 2.15 Bug - SMS Processing Failed after Recieving Report

Dear All, I Upgraded the DHIS2 from 2.14 to 2.15 recently. What I noticed is that the SMSes are not getting processed (Saved) into the database … Status of the Recieved Messages is Failed

Log from Catalina shsow java.lang.NullPointerException**(SmsPublisher.java [Thread-14])**

  • INFO 2014-05-28 11:44:34,867 Received SMS: Pmtct a.13.b.13.c.0.d.0.e.0.f.0.g.0.h.y.i.y (SmsPublisher.java [Thread-14])

* ERROR 2014-05-28 11:44:35,016 java.lang.NullPointerException (SmsPublisher.java [Thread-14])

  • INFO 2014-05-28 11:44:35,017 Sending message OutboundSMS [recipients=256783913280, message=DHIS: null] (DefaultOutboundSmsTransportService.java [Thread-14])

Any Help is appreciated
