Data elements that are newly created on 2.22 and added to an existing/new data set throw an exception on the data entry screen. But, the data elements that are already existing (created while on 2.21 version) do not cause any error and load perfectly on the data entry form.

This kind of errors produce a log on your server, could you please have a look and if so, please give us the output?
Also, please know that you are using a module that has already been removed in later versions of DHIS2, and replaced by the tracker capture app (DHIS 2 is currently on 2.22), so this module won’t be getting any updates in the future
