My dhis 2 backup folders are empty. I’ve enabled auto backup in /etc/cron.d/dhis.
Folders are created but they are all empty
I have version 2.33 with Lxc installation.

Take a look for a file called /usr/local/etc/dhis2-env
You should see a line like:
#PLAIN_BACKUPS=“dhis hmis”
Get rid of the comment and replace “dhis hmis” with the list of databases you want backed up.

The correct path of the dhis 2 env is /usr/local/etc/dhis/dhis2-env.
