while you search the same text with exact case the result shows up but doesn’t show if the cases are mis matched.

Thanks for pointing this out! I specifically omitted porting a fix I made for this to version 2.38 due to a misconception about how a recently introduced “continuous release” workflow actually worked. The fix has now been ported, and will be available in the next release of 2.38.
