Dear all,
I recently updated my database from DHIS 2.15 to DHIS2 2.16; revision: 16400 (2014-09-02 22:39).
The HTTP gateway is configured and outgoing messages are successfully sent; however Incoming messages for the keyword ‘Alert’, forwarded to the upgraded instance seem to be failing to be imported into the system. I have tried to review the log files, however I cannot see any problem.
I sent out 3 messages with one, directly from a phone (256717…) through the text aggregator and 2 from the web using the Aggregator’s forwarding URL.

The third message from the web missing the keyword “Alert” was delivered to the system
However for the rest, nothing seems to be happening. I am attaching the last updated log files as of this morning
