Is it possible to push a program indicator (Female < 5 years) from source instance => to a data element with category option (Female <5 years) to the target instance.
I couldn’t see the configuration in the output for category combination.

I had a look a this issue and I can conclude that it should be possible. Your question about the output not having a ‘category combination’ selection is because this is part of the program indicator configuration and then the Data Exchange app is only responsible to match the UIDs in the backend.
However, there’s an important setting to match the disaggregation(s): Input category option combo ID scheme. (I think this is what you are looking for but it’s in the target configuration and not the source).
Please check that out and let me know how it goes. Please note that I went through the documentation but didn’t test it locally this time; however, if we face further issues, I will look into it by trying to reproduce the entire use case if necessary.
