I’m using dhis2 live 2.14 and I have updated it with the new feature for importing meta-data. I tried to import the data-elements(meta-data) and this was done successfully. I put them into Data element group and that group I put it into data element group set .I create also a data set for these data element. so far everything was fine but when I have tried to get data entry for those data element I have gotten an error message that:
An exception occurred
Sorry! The system failed to execute the operation. Usually, no data is lost and you can continue working by going back to the previous page. Could someone help me to find the solution. Maybe I made an error in importing meta-data?

The documents are a bit confusing here I think, as the column names in the documentation does not correspond to the require CSV header file, but this should actually not matter, as the first row is ignored. The attached file will work with http://apps.dhis2.org/dev/.
