Data entry error. Yellow warning message says 'org unit closed for selected period' March 2026

Dear Team
For my Mod 5 lab quiz, I am not able to enter data into the data set. I am working on the lab practice and need to enter data for April 2026. The review of shows that the sharing setting for both category option and data set are all set in view and capture data for the user and can view only for admins. Yet I am not able to enter data. The latest period on the form is march 2026. When I select this date, a popup message indicate that ‘organization unit is closed for the selected period’. How do I update to a current date.

I am unable to validate this module practical because I cannot enter data. I only have 87%

Secondly, the built in help box failed to send when I select send

you probably need to go in the maintenance screen in the “organisation” unit section
and adapt the “closed date” of that orgunit ?

Thank you. I did that and the close date was 15 April. Yet it did not change

but I’m unsure how the closed date affects the data entry warning you are seeing
especially on limit values like that. I don’t know either is there’s a direct check on the /api/organsationUnit or it’s derived from somewhere else (clear cache ?)
