Data Approval

Hi,

Please kindly guide.

Data entered is not showing up on data approval page. Data is entered at the facility level and is approved at the Implementing Partner level. Hence, separate user accounts are used for data entry and data approval respectively.

In some cases, data entered shows up on the approval page while in many case it doesn’t.

What can possibly be responsible for this? Please guide.

Dear Emmanuel,

It will depend on the settings of your approval, at what levels you have set data approval and do the approvers have the required rights.

Also depending on when analytics are set to run on your server, approval depends on analytics so you have to wait for anlytics to run before you can access data in approval.

Thanks prosper,

Approval settings was done properly.

However, like you rightly pointed out, analytic was probably set not to run at all. I was made to believe analytic has been to set to run every 3 hours.

Have been able to overcome the challenge by manually running analytic.
