Creating program rules using a CSV file

Just a though. Is there a way one can define program rules for a tracker program or event program in a CSV file the way we do with data elements?

If you’re using the Import / Export app then the only option for program rules is to use JSON; however, it’s possible to use converters that convert between CSV and JSON. The metadata export in the app can also export the rules from any instance into a JSON format.
