i have installed DHIS2 2.340. have created data entry clerks group. i have assigned a user to this group. i have also created the authorities just the same as what is in the demo.
when the user logs in, select the orgunit and the dataset, the data elements or fields become grayed.
Have you shared the created dataset and give the (Can capture and view) access right on this dataset to the user/userGroup who are responsible for data entry?
Thank you for your email. I have done that and surprisingly, the users within the group can not enter data. Users have access to the OU too.
