Is it possible to create relationships between contacts and positive people?

The protocol in Colombia says that we have to follow up contacts for 14 days.
A person in average in Colombia has contact with approximately 20 people.
If a city has 10 positive cases, it means that you have to make around 200 calls a day. In BogotĂĄ the total number of calls exceeds 150,000.
Are there someone from the community working on an app for people to report themselves, or self-manage the follow-up?. Thanks.

Hi Marko,
It is possible to create relationships between a confirmed (positive) case and a contact. The Case-based Surveillance Tracker package comes with both a tracker program for case surveillance and one for Contact Registration & Follow-up. There is a relationshipType for ‘contact.’ In the workflow, it is possible to create relationships and register new TEIs as contacts from within the case surveillance program. You can see some documentation on the workflow in the COVID-19 surveillance tracker system design guide and also a demo video is on the dhis2.org/covid-19 main website (skip to around minute 11 to see the registration of contacts). Hope this helps! —Rebecca
