One of the DHIS2 end users is filling the data and clicking on the “Complete” button. When refreshing the page the form returns back as “Incomplete”. We copied the user to resolve the issue and it worked but the original user is not completing the form.
How did you copy the user? Did you use the same user account? If yes then could the user test again in the browser’s Guest mode to check that it’s not a cache issue?
After clicking on complete, is the user able to see any errors in the console?
