I have a question about the compatibility of meta data exported from version 2.10-SNAPSHOT build 7859 and imported to version 2.9 build 7922. In the 2.10 version, there appears to be no heirarchy in the organization unit (everything is root), but when that is exported into the 2.9 version, a hierarchy from nowhere when selecting an organization unit for data input. Another effect is we cant input data because there is no selectable data set that comes out when we select an organization unit. A little background info about the 2.10 version is that it was set up for the Philhealth organization (http://philippines.dhis2.org) and we’re part of a team that’s supposed to recreate this server on another machine for research purposes.

try going to user maintenance and assign your user to the root
organisation unit in the edit user screen.
