Changes to tabular reports in 2.9

Hi,
it appears a lot of users in Ghana (most apparently) are having problems even opening the "Tabular report", and have struggled with this for a few weeks. Works fine when I test here, so I'm not sure what it could be - they say that the page just doesn't load.

Are there any serious changes to the tabular report in 2.9, so that it could be worth waiting to see if that fixed the issue or not? From what I gather 2.9 should be out soon?

Last time we also did the test and faced same problem that the page didn’t load, but it was solved after generate level of org unit, and then generate resource tables. hope this is the only things need to be done.

2.9 will be out today. I know the tabular report has been further developed (not exactly how though).

Ok, don’t know if that can be the problem here since it only affects some users, but will try if 2.9 doesn’t solve the problem… Don’t have to wait too long to find out it seems.

If you read this from the dhis message board you can see the browser
and os they use by clicking on the name of user, might give you a
clue.

That's a great tip/feature, although I was told about this per Skype so it won't work in this case.
