Hi @_Ngola : thanks for the inquiry. In general, we do not currently specifying the date format for date pickers used in DHIS2. This is a change we have considered and may make in the future.

Hi @_Ngola,
You can change it to DD-MM-YYYY if you are a superuser and go to System Settings app - Calendar, you can choose between the two visual options.
