Challenge with data import using the bulk load app - successful import however TEIs not reflected in capture

Hello. Currently a use case is using the bulk load app to do some data imports. The import returns as successful, however when we check in the capture app, the TEIs are not reflected on there. From the screenshots, you can see it has marked them as updated because we have tried more than once with a success message however none are reflected in capture. Has anyone here experienced the same?

It would be very helpful if you could add the following details:

  • Version of the DHIS2 instance you are using
  • Version of the Capture app
  • Version of the Bulk Load app

Did you try to reproduce this on play.dhis2.org? It would be helpful if you could share a dummy data export similar to the one you’re importing for testing on the play instances.

Any errors in the console, network tab, or Catalina.out log? Also, it might help if you try Data Administration app’s (Maintenance > clear application cache, reload apps & Analytics Tables Export) and then test again by logging in using your browser’s Guest mode.

Thanks. The version of DHIS2 is 2.41.3. The version of capture is 101.29.1. Bulk load 3.26.0.

The logs in console and network showed a successful import.

I’m Miquel Adell, responsible for EyeSeeTea DHIS2 Suite (and Bulk Load).

Would you be able to upload DHIS to 2.41.5.1 and Bulk load to 3.29.0?

The update to DHIS2 is minor and should not break anything and with bulk load you always can easily revert if needed.

If you could update both and try again that way we can rule out that this is something we have already fixed.
