I ran into strange issue in DHIS2 (v. 2.25) system I am using. Screenshots with details are attached.
What happened is that particular categoryCombination (id **caeebcCsd14** ) didn't have categoryCombinationOptions created for some reason. But then after cloning this combo via administrator UI, options magically appeared in cloned combo (id **E86MdgF9oNc** ). Worth to mention might be that I am using this categoryCombo as an attribute in the data set (per docs [here](https://docs.dhis2.org/2.22/en/user/html/ch05s07.html)).
Might there be any obvious reason why such thing could happen? Is it possible that issue with options happened during creation of original Combo, or maybe this could be related with DHIS2 setup?
Thanks,
Krzysztof
Hi Krzysztof,
This normally results from the category options being modified after the category combo has been created, especially if this has been done directly in the database.
There is a maintenance function in the Data Administration app
which will generate category option combos (and remove one which no longer should exist).
Did you happen to manipulate the category or options directly in the database after it had been created?

Thank you for swift answer. Actually it is possible that administrator performed some DB (or direct) operations on category options during data sets migration so that is likely the reason.
Your suggestion about maintenance function is really helpful and should be enough for an ad-hoc resolution.
Thanks,
Krzysztof
