Capture app seems turned on by default: users can not view programs in tracker app Dhis 2.36.6

Hi,

Users are not able to view program in tracker app to enter data in DHIS 2 version 2.36. 6. Programs are only available only if they choose capture app but users are not used entering tracker data through this app.

Thank you for your patience! I think by now I might be able to help you a bit more on this. Are the users assigned a role with the authority to access the Tracker Capture app? If so are there any errors that they see when they access the Tracker Capture app? Please open the Browser Config (F12 → Screenshot of Console → Click on Network → if there are any red text lines, click on it → screenshot)
