Can't see the Program in 2.39.5

Hi,

I recently upgraded from version 2.37 to 2.39.5 and updated the Android app from version 2.5.2 to 2.8.2. Since the upgrade, I’ve encountered an issue with user authorities.

In version 2.37, I can view the program and search for patients with the current user authorities. However, after upgrading to version 2.39.5, I am unable to see the program on the Android app using the same authorities. The only way to access the program now is by adding the “All (Full authority)” option under “Available system authorities.”

Could you please assist with resolving this issue?

Thank you for your report. The android user needs the “data value” metadata authority, the respective capture org units and metadata sharing. So make sure that:

  1. Your program is properly shared with the user
  2. Your program and your user share at least one capture org unit
  3. Your TET is properly shared

I Assigned a role to this user which has “data value” metadata authority I also added access to all org units. The Program configured has TET.

Thank you for the screenshots. What about the sharing settings of the different elements? Make sure the program and TET have the “can capture data and view”.
