We implemented dhis 2.28 and we created data elements, tracker entities and organizational units. But we can’t find the register button in the tracker to see the forms and fill them with data.

@im_officer_leb, you also need to create a tracker program, then assign tracked entity attributes (am assuming you meant tracked entity attributes by ‘tracker entities’), data elements and organization units to the program. Take a look at the documentation here Home - DHIS2 Documentation

The most typical mistake made resulting in no programs being visible in Tracker Capture are:

You have not allocated organisation units to your program(s) - this is part of the Tracker Program design.

You have not configured data sharing for the program(s).
