Can't create SMS Command Mobile Configuration App (DHIS2 Version 2.33)

Hi everyone!

I am trying to create an sms command in mobile configuration app (Version 2.33.3). Everything is working well till I press save button, There after a new created command is not display on a list of available command.
It seems like new SMS Command is not created.
I tried it in previous versions and it works perfectly.
Any help please?
