Cannot open the form on my symbian phone

I am reposting a question from Nebiyu Teklu to Launchpad:

Dear All,

we are just starting setting up of DHIS2 system for our organization M&E system. The plan is to use Nokia 363 mobile phone for the data collection i.e. the phones support .jar file.

I manged to instal the application on my Nokia 363 and log in. It also gives the organizational unit, form list and period but when i tried to open the form it stopped and gives me the “please wait” message.

what do you think is problem?

Hi,

We are using 2.12 version of DHIS2 and the j2m3 client version is 2.9. By the way I am using the j2m3 2.9 version since the 2.11 one do not have a place to write the web address (server name).

Hi,

The file you sent as an attachment can’t be installed to my Nokia e63 phone. I am using Nokia PC suit to install the applications but the file you sent is not visible in the installer even after I copied on my computer.
