Hello,
I have been using dhis2 but never had to use the tracker. During the Academy in Liberia, we were made to understand that the tracker can be used to track individual records of patients or beneficiaries.
I am wondering if the tracker will be a good tool for tracking health workers with the aim of aggregating records such as:
- health workers per organization
- health workers per facility
- health workers disaggregated by gender
- Number of health workers retiring this year and so on
Any comments or recommendation will be appreciated.
Thanks,
Ese
Hi Ese,
Absolutely. You will need to create an entity called Health Workers and then enrol your health workers into a a program. You might be able to do this with a single event with registration.
For registration, you might have the health worker’s name, designation, gender and contact details. You can track retirement in a program stage.
Best regards,
Busoye
