# Can’t download selected person.

I referred a person to another health facility (HF). When users from that HF log in and search for the person, the name appears in the search results. However, when they click on it in the mobile application, the following message appears: **“Can’t download selected person.”**  
dhis2: 2.41.0.1  
Mobile application version: 3.3.1

This error has been fixed in v3.4
