Can not remove user rule from manage user group section in DHIS2

I assigned a user role to a user group and now want to remove it, but the changes aren’t taking effect. What are your options for resolving the problem?

When is it not taking effect? Is it when you are trying to save the role settings or even after saving the settings? Please take screenshots that will help explain the situation!

BTW, did you try to use the Browser Cache Cleaner app?
