Hello,
We are planning to use “Bulk Load” app for data import. As it also provides the excel template for data importing, how can we set the event status using the excel template?
We are having one tracker program, and downloaded the template for that, which has template for events as well. We wanted to set the event status to “Completed” or “Active” when we import the data.
Can we set it somehow?

This app has been developed by @eyeseetea, I think @MiquelAdell can provide more guidance on this.
It is true that, by default, the event status is not an editable column. Let me ask if we do have the option to set that and come back to you.

We have checked and you are right. Right now we are not displaying nor allowing change on the status of events in tracker and event programs.
We agree that this would be a nice functionality to have and we have added it to our Bulk Load roadmap. Right now this on a “future” release.
This kinds of requests go on our backlog and we work on them whenever we have some free time.
If you would like to fund this development in some way please let us know at community@eyeseetea.com and we can try to find a way to expedite this particular feature.
If not we’ll keep track and try to let you know once a future release incorporates this feature.
