Dear All,

I have a excel file of 2 MB with the Records of 12,000 rows data in that excel and while uploading the data in dhis through bilk load app. its shows error RESULT_CODE_HUNG.

Please help.

Hi @Ravikumar

Thank you for your post. What version of dhis2 is your instance and what is the version of the Bulk Load app? Is there a chance to test dividing the excel sheet into several files with fewer rows and then upload? When upload just a few rows, do you still see the error?

@Ravikumar I think @Gassim questions are very pertinent. In order to keep investigating we would require the issue to be replicable, and a very good workaround is to try to split the Excel files into smaller chunks. Debugging a big file can be tricky sometimes.
