Build DHIS2 Live

Hello,

I was trying to build DHIS2 Live from branch ~dhis2-devs-core/dhis2/2.11 but without success.

[ERROR] Failed to parse plugin descriptor for org.apache.maven.plugins:maven-assembly-plugin:2.2-beta-3

Do you have a job on Jenkins to build this periodically?

Hi Paulo,

The latest 2.11 build from Jenkins is here.

You can remove the dhis directory from the live installation and then unzip the war file into its place.

Regards,

Jason

Hello Jason,

Maybe I’m missing something.

I already have this war file, Morten send that yesterday. Now I’m trying to build the DHIS2 Live package.

Regards,

Paulo

Hi Paulo,

you could do without building the live package at all if you download the live distribution from dhis2.org, then replace the dhis folder inside webapps folder with the unzipped content of the latest dhis war file…

You should however be able to build it… but not able to reproduce, works fine here…

regards,

Lars

Hello Lars,

Thanks for the help, after a deep search I realize that the problem was related with maven-assembly-plugin version.

Just updated from 2.2-beta-3 to 2.2.2 and it’s working.

Thanks,

Paulo Grácio
