Hi all,
We were cloning option sets and it appears that while the new option set will get all the options in the original one, the options are removed from the old option set.
I have recreated the issue on the demo site as well.

I can add that we similarly discovered this morning that cloning a program rule will remove the program rule actions from the original program rule - will add a jira issue for that as well.

Also related to cloning, we have noticed that when we clone a program (with or without registration) the old program can no longer be accessed in the Event or Tracker capture. We try assigning org units again but the program is simply not available in the drop-down menu in Event or Tracker.
