Hi Dev,
I'm using DHIS2 version 2.12 R.22977 and got the bug:
I create a user which is not able to register a tracked entity instance
(TEI) in Tracker capture app. It works fine, but when I log-in with a
user which is able to register a TEI and register a new TEI. Then, when
I log-out and login with the user which supposes not able to register a
TEI, but it can register. After I clean the browser history cache in
Chrome settings, it's can't.
So, I think the cache store causes the issue with user role.
