Title:
Data was updated even when no data is entered in profile menu
Status in DHIS:

Bug description:
1.Go to Profile Menu(right to Apps)
2.Click on Profile in Profile Menu.
3.Click on save Button (without entering any data).
4.A notification shows up which says the profile was updated(even when no data is entered).
Expected Behavior:
Should give notification no data to update on clicking save button.

System tested on:
. Windows 8.1 32-bit
. Browsers tested on both Chrome and Mozilla Firefox
