DHIS 2 is currently being implemented in Vietnam.
The version is 2.19 R 19258.
We already tested many times and found a very special bug related to Filter. It's seem that Filter with Vietnamese keyword doesn't work at all. I can name the feature and position that filter doesn't work as below:
User filter in user management
Org Unit filter in Org unit management
Data element filter in data element management
Data element filter in data analysis tools (GIS, Pivot table, Data Visualizer)
Data element filter in default data entry form
Indicator filter in data analysis tools (GIS, Pivot table, Data Visualizer)
Filter user in Message feature
Indicator filter in Indicator management
Category option filter
** Affects: dhis2
Importance: Undecided
Status: New
