Its now required to checkout and install the latest docbook maven plugin with svn from

http://docbkx-tools.googlecode.com/svn/trunk/docbkx-tools-read-only

in order to build the docs.

Jo, would it be possible to upload this snapshot plugin to the dhis maven repo?
