We’re pleased to invite you to our first Live Q&A as a follow-up to the DHIS2 for Education Annual Conference session that took place in June.

With an agenda filled with great experiences from DHIS2 EMIS implementation in Uganda, Eswatini, the Gambia, Togo and Sri Lanka, little time was left for reflections that arose from the presentations. This open session allows time to go into depth on questions raised and for informal discussions.

We’ll be streaming live on the day, with a live Q&A forum. You can chat with the Q&A experts in real-time but we encourage you to pre-post any questions you might have so we can hit the ground running with discussions. There will be no formal presentations as we’ll dedicate this time to answer questions, share implementation experiences and gain insight into specific topics you might enjoy in future live sessions.

Obviously countries vary widely. Since DHIS2 is such a flexible platform, could you talk a bit about various ways that a country could make use of it for their needs?

You mentioned that the EMIS system can support individual schools and that you even aim for individual students in the Gambia. Could you expand on the possible benefits and challenges of including even individual teachers and students?
